are just some of the poses selected for the areas and complemented other sports
(e.g. running, weight lifting and cycling).
You can also find pre-designed templates in the book. The templates
also focus on the back, hips, knees, wrist, ankle, gentle evening practice,
neck, shoulders, at work style of practice and warm up exercises.
For Ashtanga yoga lovers, the “Ashtanga Yoga” series is presented in the software.
With over 75 poses with pictures, you can find it as a great primary series.
In fact, the entire series is a Vinyasa flow of asanas. (Vinyasa is the synchronization of movement along with your breath)
Pre-designed templates are also included. You can fully customize these.
